The problem as I understand it, is due to you using a touch interface and
the 'down arrows' will only show on mouse hover.
One possible workaround is on such interfaces permanently display the
arrows. This is controlled by adding the class ` x-grid3-hd-over` in the
function `handleHdOver` in `ext-all-debug.js`.
