#2248: Cache tracker icons in gtkui

The tracker icons are loaded with gtk.gdk.pixbuf_new_from_file_at_size
each time they're requested.
Caching them reduces CPU time to a third for this function.
This is the patch mentioned in http://dev.deluge-
