#2266: Auto adding of torrents not working

After some update (sorry I don't know which. probably the last) auto
adding of torrents does not work anymore. I have checked that
configuration.
Client: 1.3.5
Server: 1.3.5
Libtorrent: 0.14.10.0
I can test other versions of client/server if needed. My friend confirmed
he has the same issue.
