This is clearly an ongoing bug as it has been reported on
[https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deluge/+bug/970043 Ubuntu] and
[https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=845328 Fedora] but there
appears to be no way for me to replicate it.
