Under windows 7 sp1 64-bit with the developement branch when adding and
removeing plugins sometimes the list doesnt match with what shows when you
click one. In other words you click autoadd and the label options show.
Disabling all the plugins then re-enabling them fixes this at no loss to
options/saved settings.
