my deluge version = 1.3.6.I highly anticipate the way deluge is
design to operate in commandline/web/desktop mode.However when I add
torrent using deluge-console then the web-UI and deluge-gtk should get
updated with the new torrent which is added.But this is not happening.what
is the solution for this case?
