#2497: Clear button in queued torrents dialog doesn't clear queue

Pressing the clear button in the queued torrents dialog clears the gtk
list but not the actual list of queued torrents. This means it still shows
"X queued torrent(s)", but you cannot actually see those torrents.

Attaching patch with simple fix.
