It would be pretty nice to have a plugin that would automatically find and
use a suitable proxy, perhaps given some input criteria. I tend to find
myself moving from network to network and so a plugin to auto-detect proxy
config needs on startup or at the press of a button would save me a bunch
of clicking. :)
