#2747: export torrent files (or copy magnet links out of deluge)

When I added a bunch of torrent files to deluge when transferring over
from utorrent (using the add torrents folder setting) all the torrent
files dissapeared from my torrents folder, and appear to have gone to the
default deluge location - the problem being that their file names have
been changed to "random code".torrent.
Seems I didn't have the folders settings for "copy of .torrent files to"
marked green.
Would be handy to be able to export torrent files from deluge (drag and
drop?!)- even better magnet links for sharing a torrent I have
