#2894: HTTP 400 ys-torrentGrid cookie is too large

As I see from the ticket http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/2295, grid
settings are stored in the '''ys-torrentGrid''' cookie when using the
'''Web UI'''.
Sometimes this ends up in a ''400 Bad Request'' error, because the cookie
is too large.
In case of '''Nginx''' web server I fixed it by increasing the value for
''large_client_header_buffers'' parameter.
My proposal is the following:
Instead of a cookie, HTML5 local storage could be used to store these
settings. This allows to store megabytes of data per domain, which is more
than enough. While cookies are limited to few kilobytes.
