#2908: Incompatible with libtorrent-rasterbar 1.1.1

 Since I upgraded libtorrent-rasterbar and  py27-libtorrent-rasterbar from
 1.1.0 to 1.1.1. I get the following error when starting deluged. This is
 ob freebsd. The rasterbar port is build in c++11 mode since 1.1.1. Maybe
 this is the reason?
