#2916: Improve Console help dialog

Areas that need attention:
* There is no mention of use spacebar in help.
* The help guide is overly verbose.
* Pressing h in certain areas does nothing. e.g. connection manager,
sidebar
* While in help you cannot open other dialogs straightaway. e.g.
preferences
