#2954: blocklist false positive

I've set up blocklist plugin with the following URL:
http://john.bitsurge.net/public/biglist.p2p.gz
Than when I'm trying to register a torren on bluebird-hd.org I'm getting
the following message:
[DEBUG ] 22:38:16 torrentmanager:1052 Tracker Error Alert: ***.iso (http
://bluebird-hd.org/announce.php?passkey=***) (-1) banned by IP filter ""
(5) [banned by IP filter]
The tracker bluebird-hd.org has IP 185.145.128.37, which is not present in
blocklist. The only similar IP in blacklist is 185.145.128.152.
Neverthe less tracker is blocked by the blocklist plugin. Switching
plugin off eliminates the issue.
Removing address 185.145.128.152 from the blocklist also eliminates the
issue.
