Focus the window by clicking on the taskbar, press Alt+Spacebar to bring
up the position context menu, use arrow keys on the keyboard to move
selection to "Move", press Enter, use arrow key one more time to start
moving and now move the mouse (do not click or press anything!) to find
the window and move it back to the visible desktop area. Left click once
to leave move mode.
