The AutoRemove plugin and SeedTime plugins are not sufficient IMO.
They lack support for per label settings.
There is a LabelPlus plugin which could be enhanced to support this but
LabelPlus creates a new labeling systm in addintion to the existing one.
Because of this, I think "Stop after seeding" feature should be
implemented in core deluge with support in the builtin Label plugin.
I am working on a Pull Request to add this capability.
