Just for reference- the global limits seems to work on Windows 7 SP1 64
bit and the latest Deluge build in daemon mode:[[BR]]
Client: 1.3.15[[BR]]
Server: 1.3.15[[BR]]
libtorrent: 1.0.11.0
So maybe this is the latest version of libtorrent that Deluge supports
properly.
