#3175: Interface glitch when scrolling fast

Running windows 10 Pro x64. The GTK UI starts acting very weird when I
scroll the tasks list fast enough. Here's what I mean:

This never happened to me in any other client so I'm not sure if it's my
hardware's issue and so I want some sort of clarification.
