#3222: "Remove torrent when share ratio is reached" not working

When the seed ratio is reached, it pauses the torrent but does not remove
it. Then, I have to remove it manually.
Sometimes, when I remove it too early my download becomes corrupted
because it didn't finish moving the file to the right place via "Move
completed to:".
