In order to join the `#deluge` IRC chat room, you must register your
username with `NickServ` (an IRC service).[[BR]]
It does not related to the forum and it's a different
registration.[[BR]][[BR]]
Regarding the forum registration captch, read about Linus Torvalds
:)[[BR]][[BR]]
Closing this so it will not effect the ticket system, but you can always
