Steps to reproduce: 1. Run 2 instances of deluged 2. Run 1 instance of deluge-ui web 3. Connect to one daemon with web-ui interface 4. See torrents for that daemon 5. Connect to the second daemon 6. See torrents for both daemons 7. Torrents from first daemon act like they work, but don't.
