I mean that even if the programmer makes a mistake (e.g. forget to properly encode an xmlrpcval) when calling an API, the API should warn about the error and fail, and not silently forget about the bad argument. I don't know if this is a bug in PHP, in the xmlrpc library or both, but that should not happen.
