Diplomat, biasanya hati-hati, dan super hati-hati, karena mereka kudu
membiarkan pintu-darurat masih terbuka untuk Wiranto buat keluar dari
langkahnya yang keliru itu.
Jadi mereka berkata bahwa mereka masih memberi benefits of the doubt
untuk Wiranto.
Tapi masaalahnya begitu jelas: minggu yang lalu Wiranto berkata bahwa
Timor-Timur adalah wilayah Indonesia (cf. komentar saya tentang
Liquisa).
Artinya, dengan omongan itu, Wiranto menjelaskan bahwa, dalam soal
Timor-Timur ini, dia berada diposisi yang selama ini dipertahankan
oleh tiap serdadu, posisi yang bertentangan dengan posisi Habibie.
Agar jelas: Wiranto sedang (ikut) mentorpedo politik Timor-Timur
Habibie.
Itu makanya saya - yang tidak berada di posisi diplomat - kemarin juga
telah berkata bahwa Habibie tidak ada alasan untuk tidak mengganti
Wiranto.
Sayangnya Habibie, si cebol clown (dixit Gerry van Klinken) gobloknya
setengah mati: dihadapan torpedo itu seperti layaknya seorang badut
lainnya disituasi yang sama dia cuma bisa bersembunyi.
Yang berbicara hari ini cuma jongosnya Dewi Fortuna Anwar, yang
bagusnya punya kejujuran intelektuil untuk mengakui bahwa yang
bertanggung jawab terhadap kekacauan sekarang ini adalah pemerintah
Indonesia.
Agar jelas: dengan menyuruh jongosnya bicara disaat segenting ini, Habibie
mengatakan kepada dunia luar bahwa dia memang bukan orang yang pantas jadi
presiden, tapi clown yang yang mestinya berada di sirkus.
Kredibilitasnya, yang selama ini memang cuma secuil, sekarang ini
telah sirna.
