I have update the Changelog. Autotools is having a problem creating the
package. The problem lies in generate_source.c. It is creating a lines
like these in entries.h:

The problem is the N_("Insert \xF0\x9D\x85\x9D"). This \xF0\x9D\x85\x9D
is not translatable but it is encapsulated in the N_("") thingy. This is
causing the packager to choke here. I can fix this by hand in entries.h
but it should be fixed in generate_source.c. Unfortunately I am not
exactly sure how to do that without spending time (more time than I
have) studying the source. I am not sure what would be the correct thing
here to maintain translation. Would we somehow N_("insert ") then append
the \xF0\x9D\x85\x9D after translation?
