Denemo works by relying on LilyPond to typeset the music to perfection.
Those with LilyPond skills will tweak the output via text, but for some
things Wysywyg would be a Good Idea. For example, it can be slow and
non-obvious tweaking the position of a rehearsal mark by trying out
offset values even when your LilyPond knowledge extends to knowing the
unit used for the offsets (staff-line-spacing is the unit in that case,
I think).

It is also the case that some activities, like deciding on where to
force a line or page break are more naturally done while looking at the
final typeset view. At present, you look at the place in the pdf where
you want a break click on a note and use apply the page or line break
command to the Denemo display window. (Up to now, point-and-click has
not been reliable because of some bugs which I have just fixed, but that
was the principle).

I have just checked into git some code that illustrates these ideas.
Rehearsal Marks can be moved and a few sample commands have been added
if you click on a note in the print view. The interface needs refining,
but I would appreciate some feedback on what's possible and desirable.

In particular, it should be possible to re-shape slurs and ties to avoid
bad shapes which can happen sometimes, with Denemo displaying the curve
interactively as you move the control points and then LilyPond
re-typesetting when done.
