This is really and issue in configure.ac which checks for portmidi and then
adds -lportmidi and -lporttime to the LIB list. In fedora libportmidi and
porttime.h exist in version 217 of portmidi, but libporttime does not. Linking
without the -lporttime works.
A better check is required as to whether libporttime is required.
