Someting similar happened to me, when I updated to 2.0.5. from 2.0.3. everything I customized was missing although i transfered my commands to higher version. So I manually copied my commands to 2.0.5 folder and Denemo read it. I have to remind I didn't rename folder. Sincerely, Haris
