This is my fault. I should have backed up before doing a git pull. The problem has something to do with the Makefile and wget. It works fine on my ubuntu system but not on debian for some reason. I found a solution for this like two years ago and I put it in the Makefile (I believe). I forgot all about this and it was overwritten by the git pull. Technically I did a git stash, git pull, git stash pop. I have built on ubuntu and uploaded the results to the same location. I will do this until I find the solution. http://www.denemo.org/~jjbenham/mxe/denemo.zip should work now.
