Follow-up Comment #1:
Denemo is just a way of entering LilyPond's music notation, so you will have
to interact with the LilyPond community to find out what syntax they have
available for shape notes. Armed with this information you can come back to
this bug and say what syntax you want Denemo to emit, and then I can help you
customize your Denemo to do that (it is a user-customizable thing).
