It's actually the LilyPond version that is relevant here - the \toggleFremataMarkup is no longer needed in LilyPond 2.22, a regular \fermata does fine. So I've updated the repository. As a work around: put the fermata on an ordinary note and use Ctrl-c to copy it (i.e. with no selection) the paste it onto the whole measure rest. Thanks! Richard
