I can't really understand why there is a whole bunch of code in
src/command/lyric.c devoted to coloring the lyric pane; unfortunately
it dates from before the src directory was split up so I find it
difficult to look back that far and see if there was any rationale
given for it - AFAIK I wrote the relevant code :(
Maybe it is time to radically simplify all that? After all, it is just a
pane. I do not see any reason for anything special with colours. Do you?
