I've just pulled the changes to the master branch of Denemo that you've
made over the last week or two and with the configure step:
/denemo/configure --prefix=/home/rshann/local2 CFLAGS="-g -O0"
I see that the program is failing to load denemo-modules, the relevant
bit of the output on running the program being this:
