This release contains a minor security fix. All users of previous versions of DenyHosts are urged to upgrade. A flaw was discovered by Steven Finnegan that prevented purged denied hosts from being re-added unless the daemon was restarted. This issue only affects DenyHosts users using both daemon mode and the purge feature. Additionally, the daemon-control-dist script now behaves properly on FreeBSD systems.
