That's not true; he's using the stock Fedora denyhosts setup but
doesn't seem to be using the stock Fedora rsyslog setup.  The ssh
"Failed password" notices are going to /var/log/messages instead of
the stock Fedora /var/log/secure, and denyhosts.conf was not altered
to change SECURE_LOG from the Fedora default of /var/log/secure.

Double points for not actually including all of the logged
configuration information which makes this obvious, triple points
for reporting both in Fedora bugzilla and on this list so I get to
respond twice, and quadruple points for the "sky is falling; F9
denyhosts might not be working at all" message.  Ugh.
