Unfortunately it doesn't seem that it does.  Or at least, the
  Error synchronizing data
  name 'info' is not defined
bit makes it seem as if something has gone wrong.  If a successful
sync has happened, should any debugging output be displayed beyond
that?  Should I expect to see hosts added to /etc/hosts.deny?
