DERBY-102 may require documentation fixes, so not resolved. Derby-36 may be not be able to be reproduced, but it does look like a vm bug we have seen before on AIX, where inheritence of the run() method for privedged actions is not seen. But the os they are running on looks like windows. DERBY-73 has only partially been resolved. DERBY-89 has not been resolved, the patch has not been applied yet, I'm still working on it. Even after the patch they may be problems with the intended functionality, so the bug may remain open.
