Are u working on a fresh database or a old one ?. ID 200 seems to
have been changed to NULL in change r154096 by dan.
If ther are any old ids on the disk after that change, it leads to
recovery errors. On trunk especially because there will not
be any upgrade logic to handle this change on the code line between
the revisions.
