Attached zip (derby296finaldraft.zip) includes latest patch with html output.
This patch includes the Synonym messages as well as the ones David identified
as missing from the document. Those two messages have been placed in new
tables because each was in a new class code. Please let me know if any further
changes are required, and if not, we can commit!
