If you look at the dates and origin of the attachments to DERBY-31, you will notice the following:
The "QueryTimer.java" and "Derby-31.patch" files were submitted by someone else on February 24. Unfortunately, this patch is too simple and does not fix the issue.
The patch I submitted on June 15 is in DERBY-31.svn.diff; my attachments are the three files listed further below in this email message. QueryTimer.java is not a part of this patch.
