Is there a reason why we didn't follow the groupId conventions that I discussed in the email thread "Placing 10.1.1.0 in Maven repository with groupId that follows new policy" ?

I have uploaded the 10.1.1.0 release jars (from the lib distro) to the
offical Apache Maven repository at
http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository under the groupId
org.apache.derby
It will take a couple of hours for the repo to rsync to the live site
and soon after that they should also replicate to ibiblio.
