This is patch for DERBY-511. I want someone to review this patch .
Description of patch :
This patch add new test, lang/ShutdownDatabase.java.
The lang/ShutdownDatabase.java is added to suites/derbylang.runall and
derbynetmats.runall .
Tested :
I executed derbyall and found only errors which was found in regression test
of 289621 .
