Yuskel, do you consistently get an EOF when backup with 10.5? It may not be
this issue but rather some corruption that is not detected with consistency
check. Are you able to compress all the tables in the database? See
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/DatabaseConsistencyCheck for a program that
can do this.
I am perplexed about how 10.10 could complete but be missing data.
