The wiki page has certainly been updated more recently (well, 2011) and has
more detail. Maybe it would make sense to remove the rrefsql9241891.dita topic
entirely and to provide a pointer to the Derby wiki page way up top in the "SQL
language reference" topic,

That way, just the wiki page could be maintained and we might have better luck
keeping up.
Another item to add to the tasks for a feature release, I guess.
