I added tests to test current alter table behavior and also to demonstrate the
current values of sys.syscolumns and sys.syssequences when defining
identity columsn both with and without the CYCLE option in failTests.diff.

But the tests of sys.syscolumns and sys.syssequences fails with a message of 
junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: expected:<false> but 
was:<true> 

When I run these tests with ij tool it works fine. 
May be I am doing something wrong in writing the tests.
