10.14.1.0 not available via mirrors from the download page

I've never tripped across this problem before. I pushed 10.14.1.0 to the 
distribution site on Saturday and I can see the artifacts here: 
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/db/derby/db-derby-10.14.1.0/ 
But I can't select a mirror from the download page at 
http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.14.1.0.cgi

Any advice?
