Right now, generated classes are loaded into the catch-all unnamed module and
we have had to punch holes in the encapsulation of the engine module. We should
reduce the attack surface of the exposed engine packages. The exposed packages
are flagged by FIXME comments in the module descriptors of the engine and
shared modules.
