10.15.1 testing

I have finished my testing of the 10.15.1.0 release candidate and 
resolved all of the blocker issues which I found. Please let me know if 
you need more time to complete your testing of the first release 
candidate. When the community is ready, I will build a second release 
candidate and call a new vote.
