You'll need to grab
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/biz/aQute/bnd/biz.aQute.bnd/4.3.1/biz.aQute.bnd-4.3.1.jar
and place it in tools/java/biz.aQute.bnd-4.3.1.jar. I included this jar file
as part of the commit, but svn doesn't support sending binaries embedded in
patches.
