state of 10.15.2 with respect to our standard bug lists

I have updated 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/DERBY/DerbyTenFifteenTwoRelease 
with a list of new bugs which have been added to our critical bug lists 
over the last year. I do NOT plan to address any of these bugs in 
10.15.2. However, I will be happy to delay the release if someone else 
wants to tackle some of these.

The bug summary is this: There are no Blocker issues. No new Data 
Corruptions have surfaced. One new Wrong Results bug has been logged, 
but it is probably pilot error. Several new crashes have been logged but 
will not be addressed by this release.
