Linking to derby-6998 because SSL tests still fail on JDK15. That is because
the JDK bug introduced by JDK10 was closed as WONT_FIX:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8211426
The following non-JUNIT tests fail on JDK15 because of this SSL bug:
* dblook_test_net
* dblook_test_net_territory
* wisconsin
