I can't even get to the download pages for either of the mirrored releases,
i.e., the ones with cgi scripts: 10.15.2.0 and 10.14.2.0. I end up on a page
where you are asked to select a mirror and are then shunted to a page listing
the projects which have mirrored artifacts.
